As our decorative candles are hand poured, slight imperfections and colour variations may appear by nature. They may also come with small white marks known as ‘frosting’, which is a natural occurrence with soy wax. Please note that these minor imperfections won’t, in any way, affect the quality or burning time of your candles.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges but you can always contact us for any return question.

You must inspect your order upon reception and contact us within the next 48 hours if the item is defective,
damaged or if you receive the wrong item. You must provide a description of the damage and photographic evidence to tofafy2020@gmail.com.

Tofafy is not responsible for parcels that are left outside in the heat, cold or rain for a long period of time.
